Our “isolation chamber”
I waited almost 40 years and now one of my dreams has come true.
Since I was a child, I was fascinated by this little corner in my parent’s cellar. I always thought, that this corner would be perfect for a cell and now, decades later, here it is.
The cell is isolated against the surrounding walls and floor with 60 mm high density foam. The inner walls are made out of 19 mm OSB panels. Later we realized that Takattum did not need to grind the OSB panels ;-).
After grinding, the panels were painted but the result was not very attractive.
At the upper part of the picture you see several pipes for air supply, electrical wiring and some spare pipes for future extensions.
What’s still missing?
A matching gas mask with two connections for air supply.
The pipes for air supply have to be extended and isolated; perhaps I will connect them to JG-Leather bubbler column.
A panic button for security.
And for the near future: a small surveillance camera, perhaps capable of using infrared lightning.
I will keep you up to date!
